How to Delay the Occurrence of Wrinkles?

Hi, girls!

I know many of you aren’t old enough to think about wrinkles and it seems like a faraway future. Still, the fact remains that the sooner you start the antiaging routine, the longer you’ll enjoy the skin that’s free of creases 🙂 Collagen fibers get weaker when you turn 25, which isn’t comforting either.. That’s why we should try to reinforce them, at least a bit… How to get round to it? How to delay the appearance of wrinkles? Let me help 🙂

What are wrinkles?

Simply put, these are folds in the skin that occur with the passing time. UV radiation, lack of water in the body or (most of all) age are common causes of wrinkles. Luckily, we can fight lots of factors that lead to facial lines and creases. Wrinkles may appear at a different age, which is a must-know info.

Types of wrinkles

  1. Expression lines are connected with the facial expression and are the result of face muscle movements. This group of wrinkles appears on face most quickly, between the age of 25 and 30. Expression lines are most common in the eye corners, on the forehead, between lips and nose.
  2. Post-sun spots. Looking at the name, it’s easy to guess the cause – harmful action of sunrays. These wrinkles aren’t cool.. they often come together with (to make things worse) unattractive pigmentation spots… such a bonus 🙁
  3. Sleep lines. I’m sure you let your imagination run wild now. These wrinkles come into being when you’re asleep. What kind of yoga girl you must be to get yourself such wrinkles 😉
  4. Gravity wrinkles. Obviously, the gravity is both the curse and the blessing 🙂

How to get rid of wrinkles?

When they already appear, only aesthetic medicine can help e.g. radio waves. Still, you can smooth and camouflage the lines and delay their occurrence. Declare the war on three fronts!

  1. DIET & EXERCISING
  2. COSMETICS
  3. FACE MASSAGE

HOW TO FIGHT WRINKLES: FIRST BATTLE – DIET & EXERCISING

‘You are what you eat’ – it’s the most accurate saying I’ve heard about the conscious diet. We look like the things we eat day by day. If you want to look young and beautiful and enjoy well-being, you must add superfood to your diet – vitamin, mineral and antioxidant-rich products. This kind of food heals, rejuvenates, revitalizes and adds energy. The so-called vitamins of youth – A and E – are valuable for the beautiful and forever-young skin.

HOW TO FIGHT WRINKLES: SECOND BATTLE – COSMETICS

Beauty products may work wonders on the face skin provided you reach out for ‘smart’ creams… I know it sounds odd but let me explain. To me, a smart cream features a high concentration of ingredients that are necessary for the skin. Too bad, most of the products include collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, retinol and coenzyme Q10 in trace quantities.. If you want a really good cream, check the number of valuable ingredients it has. I always check the percentage of an active substance that a cream has. The more active ingredients and fewer clogging, comedogenic compounds – the better.

HOW TO FIGHT WRINKLES: THIRD BATTLE – FACE MASSAGE

The face massage used to be left out and nobody expected it could be performed outside the beauty salons. The facial massage effectively smoothes the lines and boosts collagen. Now, you can make use of special massaging tools that additionally exfoliate the epidermis and clean the skin. Consequently, they increase the penetration of the cream’s nutritional substances and allow the nutrients to get deep (and in larger quantities) inside the skin.

What are the skin enemies?

You can prevent as well as (sadly) accelerate the appearance of wrinkles. If you smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, often fall asleep with makeup on, you let the wrinkles flourish. Processed food and trans fats spoil your good looks, too. Bad fats clog cells and make it harder for active, beneficial ingredients to penetrate the skin. Unhealthy food blocks the synthesis of collagen.

Oils for wrinkles – elixir of longevity

Natural oils are among the best wrinkle fixes. They make up the treasury of good fatty acids and contain lots of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant flavonoids. Oils are amazing remedies for wrinkles thanks to phytosterols which stimulate the synthesis of collagen. The best antiaging oils include Raspberry Oil, Carrot Seed Oil, Rose Oil, Argan Oil and Shea Butter.

Do you know any ways to fight wrinkles? Do you use natural oils? Is there a cream with good ingredients you would recommend? Leave feedback comments! 🙂
