The best brow gel – how to find it?
If you are looking for a natural-looking but long-wearing brow definition, a good brow gel proves a perfect solution. During my adventure with brow makeup, I managed to test a lot of them. The search for the best brow gel wasn’t an easy task. Everyone has different eyebrows, expects different results, and likes different makeup effects. This ranking includes my favorite brow gels that have proven themselves both in terms of available shades and durability, but also effortless application, and the formula and ingredients. 1. Nanobrow Lamination Gel – better than the lamination treatment
I didn’t believe it at first until I tried it for myself – this gel can actually replace eyebrow lamination! Nanobrow Lamination Gel is my undisputed number 1. I love the effects of lamination treatment but I don’t always have the time or the motivation for it. Besides, it is not the cheapest treatment to get 🙂 Nanobrow Eyebrow Gel provides light, natural-looking, and long-wear makeup. 2. Yves Saint Laurent Couture Brow – replaces henna and sets well
The brow gel from Yves Saint Laurent comes with a super thick spoolie. For me, this is a huge advantage, as the effects look super natural. Owners of sparse and thin eyebrows will like it because the spoolie is very gentle and does not irritate the skin. The finish is not completely matte. The unique formula gives the brows a slight shimmer. I like Couture Brow for its strong pigmentation, which is why the gel can compete with brow henna. I use it for bigger occasions when I want to create bolder makeup looks.

3. Benefit Cosmetics 24hr Brow Setter – natural makeup in a few moments
Benefit Cosmetics is a brand that won my heart years ago. Although there are much better brow gels available on the beauty market nowadays, 24hr Brow Setter has been with me for a long time and has never let me down so far. This brow gel is definitely worth recommending. Thanks to the larger spoolie, you can do your makeup in a flash and properly separate your brows. Its transparent formula makes it suitable for everyone 🙂 Plus the iconic Benefit packaging – I love it!

The Eye Brows Big Boost Fibre Gel is a brow gel that can handle even the most unmanageable brows. It puts your brows in place in one stroke and keeps them in place 24/7. The MAC brow gel impressed me with how it thickens my arches. The formula contains special microfibers that “cling” to the hairs and visually increase their volume. This brow gel ensures you can easily sculpt even very unruly arches.

5. Bobbi Brown Natural Brow Shaper & Hair Touch Up – a product you can always carry with you
I love the Bobbi Brown brow gel for its compact packaging. It’s the perfect product to pop into your purse when you’re on the go. You can do your brow makeup anywhere! All it takes is a few brush strokes. It gives your eyebrows a subtle color. When it comes to your daily brow makeup, the size is way too small for me, however, it works well when I go on trips, so it deserves its place in my ranking.
